Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by FloorPro Iowa, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services and Quotes
All quotes provided by FloorPro Iowa are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Services will be provided as described in the accepted quote. Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will require a new quote and acceptance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. We accept checks and major credit cards. Returned payment fees of $35 will apply to bounced checks.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled work to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the project cost.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- • Providing access to the work site at scheduled times
- • Removing personal items and valuables from work areas
- • Disclosing any known issues with flooring or subfloor
- • Ensuring adequate access for equipment and personnel
Warranty and Limitations
We warranty our workmanship for 30 days from completion. This warranty covers defects in our work only and does not cover damage from normal wear, customer negligence, or third-party modifications. Final results depend on the condition of existing floors.
Limitation of Liability
FloorPro Iowa's liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of FloorPro Iowa and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Linn County, Iowa.
