What areas do you serve? +
We serve all of Eastern Iowa, including Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Davenport, Bettendorf, Waterloo, Coralville, and throughout Johnson and Linn Counties. If you're not sure if we cover your area, just give us a call at (319) 393-6162.
Do you offer free quotes? +
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation quotes for all projects. We'll visit your site, assess your needs, and provide a detailed written estimate within 24 hours. There's no commitment required—just honest information to help you make a decision.
Can you work after hours or on weekends? +
Absolutely. We understand that many commercial operations can't accommodate service during business hours. We regularly work evenings, nights, and weekends to minimize disruption to your operations. Just let us know your preference when requesting a quote.
How soon can you start my project? +
For most projects, we can schedule within 1-2 weeks of your approval. Emergency or rush projects may be accommodated for an additional fee. Contact us directly for current availability.

What types of floors do you clean? +
We work with a wide range of flooring types including concrete (polished, sealed, painted), tile (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone), hardwood, vinyl composition tile (VCT), and epoxy coatings. If you're not sure what type of flooring you have, we can help identify it during our consultation.
How much does floor cleaning cost? +
Pricing varies based on floor type, condition, square footage, and required services. As a general guide: Industrial concrete cleaning starts at $0.35/sq ft, concrete polishing at $0.45/sq ft, tile & grout cleaning at $1.50/sq ft, and hardwood restoration at $3.00/sq ft. We provide exact pricing in our free quote.
Do you offer maintenance programs? +
Yes! We offer scheduled maintenance programs for commercial clients that include regular cleaning and periodic deep treatments. These programs provide priority scheduling and discounted rates. Contact us to discuss a custom maintenance plan for your facility.
What's included in your quote? +
Our quotes are comprehensive and include all labor, materials, and equipment needed to complete the project as specified. We don't have hidden fees or surprise charges. The price you agree to is the price you pay—unless you request additional work.

Preparation & Process

Do I need to move furniture? +
For most projects, yes—we need access to the floor surface. We can move smaller items, but for large furniture or equipment, we ask that clients clear the area beforehand. We'll discuss specific requirements during the consultation.
How long does the work take? +
Timeline depends on the scope of work and square footage. A small 1,000 sq ft area might take 1 day, while a large 25,000 sq ft warehouse could take 2-3 days. We'll provide an estimated completion date in our quote.
Can I use my space immediately after cleaning? +
For most cleaning services, yes—floors are dry and ready for use within 1-2 hours. Polishing and some coatings may require longer cure times (4-24 hours). We'll advise you on specific drying and cure times for your project.

Residential Services

Do you work in homes? +
Yes! We serve residential clients throughout our service area. We commonly work on hardwood floor restoration, tile and grout cleaning in bathrooms and kitchens, and basement concrete floors. Give us a call to discuss your home project.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children? +
Yes. We use eco-friendly, pH-neutral cleaning solutions that are safe for families and pets. All products we use meet EPA standards for safety. Once floors are dry, they're completely safe for normal use.
Do you offer estimates for residential work? +
Yes, we provide free on-site estimates for residential projects. We can often provide a preliminary quote over the phone based on photos and measurements, but we recommend an in-person visit for accurate pricing.
