If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will:

- • Return to address any issues at no additional cost
- • Work with you to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be available when:
- • We are unable to complete the agreed-upon work
- • Services were not rendered as described
- • Duplicate payment was processed
- • Project was cancelled before work began (per cancellation policy)
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- • Include your name, contact info, and reason for the request
- • Provide any relevant documentation or photos
- • Allow 5-7 business days for us to review your request
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear on your statement.
Deposits and Prepayments
Deposits for scheduled work are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date. Deposits may be applied to future services if you need to reschedule.
No Refund Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- • Work completed as specified in the accepted quote
- • Issues resulting from pre-existing floor conditions not disclosed before work began
- • Damage caused by customer or third parties after work completion
- • Services paid for at discounted rates
